Blue Mountain Owners Association, Inc is structured with a number of committees that operate in various areas of responsibility.

The committees that comprise our organization include:

Blue Mountain Board, Administration, Architectural Review Board, Road Maintenance, and Landscaping.

The Lodge Condominiums and Eagles Nest Villas also maintain governing committees.
