BMOA is the sole owner of the information that may be collected from the use of these websites. The only information collected by BMOA is that which you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. BMOA does not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone, and makes every effort to guard such information that you may submit.

BMOA will only use your information to respond to you, regarding any reasons you may have for contacting us, and to verify BMOA membership as outlined in the BMOA News Board registration process outlined here, and discussed below.

Registration

In the use of BMOA News located at. BlueMountainOwners.blogspot.com, we have asked that BMOA members wishing to participate in online discussions voluntarily supply BMOA with certain identifying information. That procedure is outlined here.

This information is closely held and all reasonable, good faith efforts are made to keep such information secure.  BMOA members who use this feature understand and acknowledge that this information is submitted voluntarily by you.

Third Party Services

In order to participate in online discussions BMOA members have an option to create or possess accounts from certain third party services.  That information and the reasons are outlined here.

It is the personal responsibility of members to be familiar with the privacy policies of such third party services that they choose, to guard information submitted to them, and to guard user names and passwords associated with such third party accounts.  Those cautions are outlined here.

BMOA does not acknowledge or accept responsibility for any such information submitted to third party services, even those third party services that are utilized by the BMOA's news board.  This is the sole responsibility of BMOA members who opt to participate in online discussions at our news board in this manner.

It is possible, in the administration of the news board that user names only, also known as screen names, and BMOA identifying numbers will be handed over to a third party moderator for our news board.  The role of the moderator is described here, and also here.  The moderator will possess no other information other than screen names and numbers.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any such registration for our news board by knowing in advance, the privacy policy and terms of service for your chosen third party registration, and terms for deleting your account with them.  You may also contact the BMOA Administrator if your registration was executed there.

* Seeing what data we have about you, if any.

* To change/correct any data we have about you.

* To have us delete any data we have about you.

* To express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you voluntarily submit information, it is protected in all reasonable manners.

BMOA does not use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive.
